We want you to love your new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window on eligible hairpieces and wigs. Items must be in original factory condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Request an RMA
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare the Package
Place the wig in its original hair net and box, ensuring all tags are intact and any promotional gifts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our wig experts will inspect the item for quality assurance; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
